Sabrina Ward Harrison is an author and artist whose art, teaching, and books have shaped a generation’s understanding of vulnerability, creativity, and truth-telling. Her work — including Spilling Open, Brave on the Rocks, Messy Thrilling Life, and The True & the Questions — introduced a visual and emotional language that continues to resonate with readers, educators, and artists more than two decades later.
Today she works across analog and digital forms, exploring the intersection of presence, memory, and creative recovery. Through film, writing, teaching, and visual storytelling, she continues to build worlds that invite people back to their own aliveness.
